Payment:

​The payment gateway system provides you with an array of convenient options to purchase our products. These various options are through net banking, credit card, debit card and UPI.

We do not accept cheques or demand drafts.

Incase your payment fails, please contact us at trulycottage@gmail.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your email.

Shipping and Delivery:

​Once we receive your order, it will be processed and ready to be shipped within 2-6 business days. Delivery time is subjective to delays arising out of bad weather conditions, strikes or any other unexpected delay from our courier and travel partners.

Your shipping cost is subject to the cost of the purchase being made, the destination address and the type of shipping being chosen. For any queries regarding the shipment of your purchase, please email us at trulycottage@gmail.com.
