Our Policy for the Cancellation and Refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product. In case of cancellation, please send us an email with the Subject - ‘Cancellation’ to trulycottage@gmail.com within two hours of your order. We will refund the entire amount without deduction of charges on such cancellations.
If you cancel your order after two hours of your order, but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs and cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 5% of your total order value. The refund amount will be processed within 48 hours and the amount should reflect within 5 working days.
It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, we reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.

Refund Policy:
No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
In the event of an incorrect order being delivered, please send across a picture of the parcel to us on Email and we will initiate another order which will reach you within 8 working days. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.
In the event of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely, please take a photograph of the same and send it us within 24 hours of the package being received, to trulycottage@gmail.com with the Subject - ‘Damaged Package’. We will send across a replacement parcel the next day which should reach you within the next 5 days.
In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updation of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. This new parcel should reach you within a week. If a Refund is required, it will be processed in the same manner.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there was any failed delivery attempt by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective)
