Truly Cottage products are crafted with care by the members of Women Self-Help Groups based in Tamil Nadu.

Our products are entirely homemade and handcrafted, utilizing natural, sustainable, and pure raw materials sourced from various regions across Tamil Nadu.

We try to expedite the processing of your order to the best of our ability.
Once we receive your order, it will be processed and ready to be shipped within 2-6 business days. Delivery times may vary by region, typically arriving within 7-10 business days. Delivery time is subjective to delays arising out of bad weather conditions, strikes or any other unexpected delay from our courier and travel partners.
Bulk orders may experience extended processing times, depending upon the quantity of units ordered.

Currently, we do not offer gift vouchers for sale

Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product. In case of cancellation, please send us an email with the Subject - ‘Cancellation’ to trulycottage@gmail.com within two hours of your order. We will refund the entire amount without deduction of charges on such cancellations.

No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
In the event of an incorrect order being delivered, please send across a picture of the parcel to us on Email at trulycottage@gmail.com and we will initiate another order which will reach you within 8 working days. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.
